As an assistant professor of cognitive science, my first research interest is how the digital art and socio-emotional experience change the brain, body, and behavior to apply it in intervention. Secondly, I use cognitive psychology to make therapy, design, and media more compelling.
As the act of former technical manager of the National Brain Mapping Laboratory of Iran, I have led neuroimaging projects via high-tech brain mapping devices such as MRI, EEG, TES, TMS, fNIRS, VR, and eye tracking. So I have considerable experience in neuroimaging techniques to investigate neural correlations of cognitive functions. I believe those skills in interdisciplinary research and brain mapping techniques could be a major asset in cognitive projects.
